This charming fellow did a very loud burp and a smelly fart shortly after this picture was taken.  It's an elephant seal, and his bloodshot eyes suggest he may have had a night on the pop. He's a wuss too because he's sat on some things a foolish, malingering beaker left behind on the island I photographed him on. You can find out more about elephant seals here.
